Welcome to the
Cathedral Choir School
of Delaware
A free after-school program
for ages 7-17
in Wilmington, Delaware
One of the biggest divides in education between rich and poor students is that wealthier students are exposed to environments of continued learning during after-school hours and summer breaks while poorer students are not often afforded these opportunities. The Cathedral Choir School exists to provide an environment of continued learning that all students so acutely need.
The Cathedral Choir School of Delaware provides professional musical training, leadership development, and college-bound mentoring to children ages 7-17, of all faiths, in Delaware and its surrounding region. This after-school program is in residence at the historic Cathedral Church of Saint John in Wilmington, Delaware, where students find a supportive, intergenerational community.
The Cathedral Choir School is a winner of the prestigious Coming Up Taller Award, our nation's highest honor for after-school youth arts programs.
2012 Brandywine Village Summer Camp
