Chef will carve to order Grilled London Broil and either Roast Turkey Breast or Baked Country Ham for Assorted Small Rolls with Sauces on the Side – Horseradish Sauce Cranberry Mayonnaise and Honey Mustard.

FINGER FOODS

Artisan Cheeses – both Domestic and Imported with a Variety of Crackers & Breads, Pates, Seedless Red Grape Clusters and Skewered Fresh Fruits.

Hot Lump Crab Dip with Baguette Toasts

Cocktail Meatballs in a Sweet and Sour Pineapple Sauce

Cudites with a Fresh Dill Dipping Sauce

The Cathedral Choir 125th Anniversary Celebration: May 31 - June 1, 2008

Making beautiful music for 125 years! An anniversary celebration is planned for Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1 at the Cathedral Church of Saint John. Alumni of the choir, their family and friends, former deans of the Cathedral and members of the diocese are all invited.

• 11:00 - 11:45 a.m. History Tour of the Cathedral and Brandywine Village led by Dave Menser.
• 4:15 - 4:30 p.m. Alumni Choral Rehearsal for Gardiner's "Evening Hymn"
• 4:45 p.m. Organ and Trumpet Recital featuring alumnus William Gregory
• 5:00 p.m. Festal Evensong (free and open to the public)
• 6:00 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres Buffet: Menu at left. (with registration only)
• 7:30 p.m. Cathedral Choir School Presentation
• 7:45 p.m. Delaware Compline Choir
• 8:15 p.m. Coffee and Dessert
  

Sunday, June 1

• 10:30 a.m. Choral Eucharist Service
• 12 noon Cathedral Choir School Student Piano Recital
• Coffee Hour in the Great Hall
