Choir Tour of Washington, D.C.
July 5-11, 2011
Boys and girls from the Cathedral Choir School traveled to Washington, D.C. in July, 2011. They sang on three successive days at the Washington National Cathedral and three times on Sunday at Saint Paul Parish K Street.
This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for 25 young people, ages 9 to 17 years, who live in the Wilmington, Delaware area. As many chaperones traveled with them.
While on tour, choristers stayed on the campus of George Washington University, giving them a taste of college life. They also toured many cultural and historical sites of our nation’s capital.
